ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE with a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.

The 50% balance should be paid within 30 days prior to the arrival.

Rental Seasons:
Green Season: May 1 to Nov 20
High Season: Nov 21 to Apr 30
Peak Season: Dec 20 to Jan 03
Check in time: 2:00pm
Check out time: 11:00am

Reservation Refund Policies:
80% if you cancel more than sixty-one(61) days before arrival
60% if canceled between sixty(60) and thirty-one(31) days before arrival
0% if you cancel thirty(30) days or less before arrival

Reservations for Christmas week and New Year and Month:
50% at the time of booking, non refundable
Payment of the balance sixty-one(61) days before arrival, non refundable
If the balance is not paid in full to the applicable due date, the reservation will be canceled.

Cleaning Service:
Daily cleaning service is not included, Bookings for more than 5 nights includes 1 cleaning service, every additional cleaning has a cost of $20.

Damage Security Deposit:
$500 for security deposit credit card required, At the time of the Check Out a customer service representative will inspect the unit any missing items or damage will be charge to guest account.
